About shipping Choice and shipping fee:

we offer Standard Shipping with tracking information and Express Shipping for all items.shipping fee from different countries are different,you can confirm it before paying it .

About order processing time:

we will send out orders mostly in 1-2 days after getting payment except Pre-sale orders , ,as to pre-sale orders, it will take 4-8 weeks for us to arrange, please kindly be patient

About shipping time:

Standard shipping choice: most customers will receive their packages after 2-4 weeks , it will be a little longer during shopping season or bad situation such as storm or heavy snow, if you have any questions about shipping ,please feel free to contact us first to check it .

Express shipping :it is about 7 working days to most countries if everything is smooth.

Return Policy

You can return items within 7 days after receiving it in any reason, we can arrange replacement or refund depends on the item received condition and your mind. please make sure the item returned is in good condition ,we will not  be responsible for item destroyed by customers unless the item is broken during transport .

Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-3 working days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank.  Exchanges Policy

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during transport or items are in good condition received within 7 days, If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at holouncs01@treenewtech.com

What if the size is unsuitable?We accept returning for exchange or refund within 10 days after you receive our products, if the size is not suitable . however, you need to afford the returning shipping fee. The payment of the products can be fully refunded after we receiving the completed good condition item with tag. in order to avoid the trouble, please kindly check our size chart or contact our customer service before choosing the size .What if part of my order is missing or defective?

if you haven't received part of your order or item is defective, please 

contact us with this information.Your order will be handled under following procedure:1) You will be asked to send photos of the received items and the package.2) We will check on our shipping system if the item is omitted from the original shipment.3) When confirmed as missing item, we will process refund or resend the missing item.

Pre-sale Policy

We are offering pre-sale costumes ,it takes about 4-8 weeks for us to arrange them, please  kindly be patient, if you don't want it anymore before we sending it out, you can contact us to cancel it .
