I ordered the set of Fern cosplay (costume and wig) and I'm happily surprised by how good the costume and wig is, and also how good the customer service is.
First of all, they told me by email any possible details of the shipping that my country may or may not take into account and waited for my ok to approve my order so I won't face any surprises (that wouldn't be because of them but due the shipping). I think that was so thoughtful.
Second, they also confirmed with me my measures to make sure I was ordering the right size. And when I received the costume it fit me perfectly!
Also not only the costume has such a good quality and fits perfect, but also the wig is so well made. And it came with many tools to comb and style the wig.
To wrap up this review, my order arrived in 1 week and a couple of days:) i was surprised because it usually takes longer for things to arrive to my country.
