Holoun are very great to buy from and my experience was quite ideal! I ordered the wrong size on accident and reached out to see if I could swap it out before shipping and they allowed me to do it free of charge. the cosplay arrived a lot sooner than I anticipated (less than two weeks!) and the tracker provided with the order was kept to date and updated frequently. As for the cosplay itself, it is very good quality and feels sturdy and comfortable, not flimsy and cheap. 10/10 experience, I would buy from them again!
I ordered two sizes because on their site it is stated that a refund is possible within the first 7 days of receiving the order. I reached out to customer service to get help with the refund process of one of the items (the one in the size I do not need) because I wasn't able to log back into my account. I was told I couldn't send back the item after all and was offered a 50% refund instead. After questioning the reason why they wouldn't let me do a proper refund and saying that I would accept the 50% refund if there was really no other way, the communication stopped and I did not get a response back. I'm writing this review to reach out once again and maybe get my issue solved. I would really appreciate a response.
