I ordered two sizes because on their site it is stated that a refund is possible within the first 7 days of receiving the order. I reached out to customer service to get help with the refund process of one of the items (the one in the size I do not need) because I wasn't able to log back into my account. I was told I couldn't send back the item after all and was offered a 50% refund instead. After questioning the reason why they wouldn't let me do a proper refund and saying that I would accept the 50% refund if there was really no other way, the communication stopped and I did not get a response back. I'm writing this review to reach out once again and maybe get my issue solved. I would really appreciate a response.
